A monitor is a medium through which light travels and radiates. Materials like paper, canvas, dyes, inks for example, cannot become transilluminated, bound to their physical characteristics, they sponge and dim to a considerable degree the radiance of the painting. The best way to represent my work, so far, in terms of end-product, beside the screen itself, are definitely lightboxes. They preserve thoroughly the luminance and vivacity of colors, the sense of translucency in forms and shapes, even reflect more the” idiosyncrasy” of technology through which aesthetic perception  (as well), has been changing rapidly in our times…
